From idea to prototype to shipping product in weeks. You may be eligible to fund with equity / stock options.
The simple explanation behind the term everyone in tech keeps throwing around.
An MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product. It is the simplest version of your app or website that still solves the core problem you are going after. Not half-baked, not broken, just focused on the one thing that matters most. The idea is to build the core, test it with real people, learn what works, and then grow from there.
End-to-end MVP services designed for founders who need to move fast and ship with confidence.
Full-stack web applications built from the ground up. We handle architecture, development, and deployment so you can focus on your users and your business.
We help you define what to build before writing a single line of code. Through structured discovery sessions, we sharpen your idea into a clear, buildable product scope.
Intelligent chat, AI agents, workflow automation, and document intelligence. We integrate AI where it genuinely adds value — not as a gimmick, but as a real capability.
Clean, conversion-focused design that feels polished from day one. We create interfaces that build trust and make it easy for users to take action.
We connect your MVP to the tools and APIs your business needs — payment systems, CRMs, analytics, and more — and deliver it ready for production deployment.
We offer support services — product consulting, go-to-market guidance, user testing, AI workflow optimization, branding, social media management, financial planning, valuation support, and founder coaching. We may even invest directly in promising projects. Custom pricing based on your needs.
A clear, straightforward process from first conversation to launch.
We start with a short conversation to understand your idea, your users, and what success looks like. No sales pressure — just a genuine assessment of whether we're a good fit and what your MVP needs.
We define the scope, features, and success criteria for your MVP. You get a clear plan with a fixed fee, a timeline, and deliverables — so there are no surprises.
If you qualify for equity or stock option compensation, we agree on terms that work for both sides. A building fee (fixed, not hourly) is confirmed and we get started.
We build iteratively with weekly demos so you see progress, give feedback, and stay in control. You're part of the process — not just waiting for a final delivery.
We help you ship, handle last-mile issues, and ensure a smooth handoff. If equity or options are part of the deal, those agreements finalize alongside the launch.
Fixed fees based on project size and scope — not hourly billing. You know the cost before we start.
Scope lock: All estimates begin only after we define your requirements and success criteria together. No guesswork, no hidden fees — just a clear, agreed-upon plan before any building starts.
In some cases, we offer the option to pay partially (or in full) with equity or stock options. This is not a one-size-fits-all model — it depends on your project, stage, and what makes sense for both sides.
Instead of (or in addition to) a cash building fee, you allocate a percentage of equity or stock options to us. The exact arrangement — percentage, vesting schedule, and conditions — is negotiated as part of your project agreement.
Equity or option allocations typically range from 5% – 45%, but it can be lower or higher depending on project scope, your startup's stage, the level of IP/ownership involvement required and the amount of ongoing support needed. The greater the risk, the higher the equity.
The arrangement varies by scope, stage, IP/ownership and ongoing support needs. A simple landing-page MVP has different terms than a full AI-powered platform. We discuss this openly during the scoping phase.
Final terms are negotiated in the agreement. Every project is different, and we'll find terms that work for both sides.

Straightforward answers to common questions.
Stock options give us the right to purchase shares in your company at a predetermined price (the strike price), usually after a vesting period. If your company grows, the options become valuable. It's a way for us to share in your success without requiring upfront cash — but the exact terms (number of options, vesting schedule, strike price) are negotiated case by case as part of your project agreement.
No. Equity or stock options are always optional and negotiated as part of the project agreement. Most projects involve a fixed cash fee. When equity is part of the arrangement, it's discussed openly during the scoping phase and only agreed upon if it makes sense for both sides.
You do. By default, all intellectual property created during the project belongs to you. If equity or stock options are part of the deal, specific IP terms are outlined in the agreement — but the default and standard arrangement is full IP transfer to you, the founder.
We choose the stack based on what's best for your project. Common choices include modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js), PostgreSQL or similar databases, and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, or similar). If you have a preference, we'll work with it. If you don't, we'll recommend what fits.
Life happens. If you need to pause, we can put the project on hold and resume when you're ready. Any work completed up to that point is yours. The specifics — like how long a pause is reasonable and how it affects timeline — are discussed and agreed upon in the project agreement.
We set up a deployable environment as part of the deliverables, and we'll help you get your MVP live. For ongoing hosting, we recommend options based on your needs (and budget). Domain registration is straightforward — we'll guide you through it or handle it for you.
Typically within 1–2 weeks after we agree on scope and terms. If you have an urgent timeline, let us know during the initial call and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush timelines are available with an additional fee.
Tell us about your project. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
